Woman on a Rampage: Over 400 Cars Keyed, Costs Thousands in Damage |

Over the course of four months, a lady allegedly keyed more than 400 automobiles “one by one” at Canadian dealerships, according to officials.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police announced in a news release on Wednesday that they’ve received three distinct reports of “mass car keying incidents” at a dealership in Port Coquitlam, a city in British Columbia, Canada, between January 2023 and April 2023.

The culprit who damaged more than $500,000 in damages at the Journey Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram dealership and the Journey Approved dealership is being sought by the RCMP. Less than a mile separates the two dealerships from one another.

In a news release, Corporal Alexa Hodgins of the Coquitlam RCMP stated that it was evident from the footage that the suspect was purposefully scratching the cars one at a time. “Our investigators are continuing to follow up on any investigational leads, but are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect,” the statement read.

According to police, the suspect’s vehicle is a Ford Escape model year 2008–2013.

The woman used a tool to scrape the outside of each automobile in the dealership while donning a surgical mask, glasses, gloves, and a beanie. According to authorities, the lady also allegedly damaged one of the companies’ outside.

The suspect, a Caucasian woman with shoulder-length blonde hair and an estimated age of 40 to 50, according to the police. Police reported that the event is being looked into by the Investigational Support Team.
