Uganda’s State Minister For Labour Employment And Industrial Relations, Hon. Charles Okello Engola has reportedly been shot dead by his bodyguard this morning.
According to the details, the bodyguard shot the minister allegedly over salary delays.
Further details available to occupygh.net indicates that the bodyguard equally shot himself dead at well.
The unfortunate incident happened at Uganda’s State Minister’s home.
