As a former prosecutor Patel explains that pre-trial diversion is not permitted in this case which the judge presiding over the case pointed out. The plea deal is illegal as War Room pointed out months ago. The attorney general would have to wave the regulations in order for Hunter to receive the deal. In this case Garland and Monaco are facilitating Hunter getting away with a felony.
