Fraudulent Forms Frenzy: Michigan Officials Seek FBI Help in 2020 Voter Registration Investigation |

According to Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, a significant number of suspected fraudulent registrations, estimated to be between 8,000 and 10,000, were submitted to the Muskegon City Clerk before the 2020 election.

The Michigan officials have recently taken a significant step by referring an investigation from 2020 to the FBI. This investigation revolves around a substantial quantity of voter registrations that were provided by an individual residing in Muskegon. The affirmation of this statement was recently made by the office of Attorney General Dana Nessel.

According to Danny Wimmer, the press secretary for Nessel, it has been reported that an individual submitted a significant number of potentially fraudulent forms, estimated to be between 8,000 and 10,000, to the Muskegon clerk prior to the presidential election on November 3, 2020.

Wimmer highlighted the fact that the “attempted fraud” was identified prior to Election Day, highlighting the effectiveness of Michigan’s election protocols. As a result, these individuals were not included in the state’s voter records.

According to a statement by Wimmer, the city clerk in Muskegon was able to identify the fraudulent material that was submitted and promptly informed the appropriate authorities. Multiple agencies within the state conducted a comprehensive investigation to thoroughly examine the state’s election process and qualified voter file. The investigation aimed to determine if any fraudulent activities had taken place. After careful examination, it was concluded that no successful fraud had been perpetrated upon the state’s election process or qualified voter file.

The investigation, which was first made public in October 2020, has recently garnered more interest from conservative websites, particularly following the Gateway Pundit is coverage of the police reports related to the inquiry.

However, it is important to note that Michigan officials have put forth the argument that this particular incident serves as evidence of the competence and efficiency of election administrators in detecting and preventing possible wrongdoing.

On Friday, when approached, FBI Special Agent Mara Schneider made the decision to refrain from providing any comments regarding the ongoing election probe. Wimmer’s response to the question about the timeline of the referral to the federal authorities was not immediate.

The case was transferred to the FBI by Wimmer because of its national jurisdiction. It was further disclosed that the person who submitted the registrations to Muskegon Clerk Ann Meisch’s office had ties to GBI Strategies, an organization based in Tennessee that specializes in conducting voter registration campaigns.

According to a statement made by Wimmer, it was determined that fraud had taken place at the lowest levels of the company. The primary evidence suggested that employees of GBI Strategies were engaging in fraudulent activities. These employees were found to be creating false work products without actually performing the expected tasks. It is important to note that their actions were not directly aimed at defrauding the state’s election infrastructure.

In the 2019-2020 election cycle, GBI Strategies, according to federal disclosures, received around $5 million from Democratic entities and campaigns. This funding was allocated towards various activities such as canvassing, engaging voters, and other related tasks. During this specific period, GBI Strategies had financial transactions with various entities, including Biden’s presidential campaign and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.

The Michigan State Police made an initial announcement in October 2020 regarding their investigation into “irregularities in voter registration forms” specifically in Muskegon.

In the investigation of potential election forgery, Wimmer mentioned that a search warrant was carried out at GBI Strategies’ Southfield location during the same month.

According to Wimmer, the items that were found during the search included pay cards, pre-pay style cell phones, and voter registration forms. These items were identified as normal operational devices that are commonly used by GBI Strategies in their line of work. Additionally, as a result of the search, a number of firearms were discovered, leading to a swift reaction from federal agents belonging to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF).

Rogan O’Handley, a lawyer and political commentator, provided his perspective on the matter.

According to the Michigan Attorney General, it has been confirmed that all of the 8,000-10,000 ballot registrations submitted to the Muskegon city clerk by a Democrat operative were fraudulent. This information was shared by O’Handley. The information regarding this matter was concealed for a period of three years, until it was brought to light by [Gateway Pundit]. The absence of any individuals being incarcerated in relation to this matter has raised the question of why no legal consequences have been imposed.

He continued by questioning whether people genuinely believe that this incident occurred solely in this particular location. If 10,000 ballot registrations were dumped in Muskegon, a town with a population of 38,000, it raises concerns about the potential number of dumped registrations in other Michigan cities such as Detroit and Lansing. The potential number of individuals involved could reach into the hundreds of thousands. Michigan is just one example of the many places that exhibit the characteristics being discussed.

During the 2020 election, GBI Strategies, a Leftist group, was involved in a scheme where they paid individuals, referred to as “mules,” to submit fraudulent ballot registrations. This operation spanned across 20 states and received over $11 million in funding from pro-Biden political action committees (PACs). Additionally, the mules were compensated at a rate of $15 per hour for their participation in this activity. With a sum of $11 million, one can acquire a substantial number of mules. According to the user, there is a claim made by the Gateway Pundit regarding the discovery of a potential Democrat “ballot mule” organization. This organization is alleged to be involved in carrying out widespread election fraud during the 2020 elections.

In the 2020 presidential election, the outcome in the Electoral College was significantly influenced by a relatively small number of votes in three key states: Georgia, Arizona, and Wisconsin. Specifically, a margin of just 44,000 votes prevented former President Donald Trump from achieving a tie with President Joe Biden in terms of electoral votes. The former president has been charged by Special Counsel Jack Smith for making claims of fraud in the 2020 election. The charge alleges that these claims amount to a “conspiracy to defraud the United States.”
