A piece of news reaching us at occupygh.com indicates that two suspects related to a robbery incident that lead to the killing of an officer in the Ablekuma Bullion Van robbery have reportedly been arrested.
The Two suspected armed robbers were reportedly arrested for playing various roles in the bullion van robbery which occurred at Fanmilk, a suburb of Ablekuma in the Greater Accra Region.
If you will recall, a police constable was killed during the robbery operation at Ablekuma which left many in shock.
The attack occurred when the bullion van made a stop at a fuel station, presumably to purchase fuel. It was during this moment that the assailants attacked the vehicle. The driver of the, however, van managed to escape unharmed.
In the unconfirmed reports, the said robbers have been arraigned before the court and remanded into police custody.
