FOX3 News has received information about gunshots being fired in the southern part of Fargo.

According to reports, three police officers have been shot, which aligns with the information received through scanner traffic.

It has been stated that two of the officers are in critical condition.

Sanford Health has stated that they will not provide updates on the condition of those involved in today’s incident, as the Fargo Police Department will be handling those updates directly.

The Fargo police have reassured the public that there is currently no known threat to their safety. The FPD requests your patience as they work on resolving this incident.

Emergency calls began around 3:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon.
